Debbie is telling Tina about what happened last night at the fair, when she went for a ride with Gary. Meanwhile, Gary is boasting to his mate Mark about the same encounter. There’s what you tell your friends, & then there’s what really happened.
Lollipop was produced as part of Channel 4's Road Movies series. 5 filmmakers each had to write and direct a 10min short film, all using the same American Cadillac car. Lollipop was broadcast on C4 twice, along with a 15min ‘making of’ documentary, and was deemed Best Film of the Series by the production/C4 team.
